Prof. Alfred Tomatis studied more than 40 years, the relationship between hearing, listening and speaking, and their effect on body and mind.
In 1957, the discovery of the relationship between the ear and the voice, was officially
established by the Academy of Science and Medicine in Paris under the name
“Tomatis Effect”. This is the basis for his later developed listening method.
